I Can't Find the Free RealPlayer!

Look for a small icon (like the one above) marked "Free RealONE Player - Download Now". It can be found at the top right corner on the first page of the RealNetworks web site.

Why is my audio 'choppy'?

Net congestion is the most common cause of audio breakup.
Here are some possible solutions:

- Make sure your computer is using a 28.8k or better modem, and is connected at no less than a rate of 26,400.

- If your computer is on the slow side, try closing your browser (e.g. Netscape), but leave the RealPlayer window open.

- Make sure your version is no less than RealPlayer G2.

- Avoid simultaneously downloading software while listening, and if necessary, do not access additional websites during broadcast.
