TD TravelZone

TD Bank developed a service called the TD Travel Plus web site - an online resource for Canadian travelers looking for useful travel advice and convenient access to all key traveler needs (e.g. reservations, insurance, transportation, etc.).

With the above in mind, Neil Schneider Productions was recruited to develop and manage a unique Internet radio program for Canadian travelers called the TD TravelZone. Responsibilities included copywriting (e.g. commercials and ID's), supplying all broadcast facilities and talent, and all the audio mixing and editing associated with the TD TravelZone program production.

The Doctors' Online Radio Network
(Pilot Project)

The Doctors' Online Radio Network, a completed 75 episode pilot project, was designed for the benefit of Canadian family physicians.

A combined effort of Neil Schneider Productions, Maclean Hunter's Medical Post, and Hoffmann-La Roche, this service was well received by the industry and medical press.

This program was awarded at the 1998 Ontario College of Family Physicians annual meeting and is in the midst of preparations for being relaunched in a much more advanced and permanent form.

The 90 minute episode sampled here is the first annniversary program. It features clips of many of our top interviews and a special 15 minute piece with Dr. Michael De Bakey, the same physician who operated on Boris Yeltsin and treated Jerry Lewis for his painkiller addictions.

Neil Schneider Productions was responsible for producing and broadcasting all the audio content. Creative services included copywriting (e.g. advertising and ID's), supply of all broadcast talent, and all related audio mixing and editing.

The HEXonX Internet Computer Forum

This is a 2 minute sampling of the HEXonX Internet Computer Forum, which was originally broadcast on CIQC in Montreal, Quebec.

This was the first audio program to be broadcast LIVE on the Internet in Quebec. It used pre-released ALPHA versions of the RealAudio server.

Sample program guests included Fred Schneider of the B-52's, World Wide Web co-inventor Robert Cailliau, and Jessica Adelson of Netguide Magazine and Pseudo Radio (one of the worlds first online Internet radio programs and stations).
